If you place your order before 2.00pm on Monday to Friday it will be dispatched the same day to arrive the following day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched in the following working day.
Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
If you place an order after 2pm on Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore delivered Tuesday.
If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore delivered Tuesday.
If the recipient is not available during the delivery they will attempt to deliver the order to your neighbour or will post a card to inform you about the delivery. We will definitely leave your gift safe for you to collect. Please ensure to provide with correct details of the recipient address and phone number.
We are sorry to say that we don`t deliver to funeral places or hospitals.
If an order is placed for an area we do not cover we will inform you and refund your card.
Bouquets4You cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or other courier related issues.
We use only the freshest flowers available so varieties and colours may vary!
Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area, will be advised prior to delivery of any additional delivery charges.

This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which isn't included within your address information; for example to specify floor number. We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on your order to fulfill your order.
