These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which Bouquets4You.com ("we/us") make this website (the "Bouquets4You.com Site") available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the Bouquets4You.com Site (the "Bouquets4You.com Service").
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bouquets4You.com Site and the Bouquets4You.com Service.
Products
1.1 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
1.3 Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact Bouquets4You.com using the contact details set out below.
1.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
1.6 Products ordered before 4pm (16:00) are delivered the next weekday (Mon-Fr) unless other delivery date or service is selected.
1.7 Selected products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order.
1.10 We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days. Roses, summer and spring flowers will be guaranteed for a period of 5 days.
Prices
2.1 Prices listed on the Bouquets4You.com website are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your purchase form.
2.2 Prices include all taxes for deliveries within the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
2.3 Except where stated product prices include Bouquets4You.com Delivery: see Delivery page for more details..
2.4 For delivery outside of the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands please contact for a quote.
Orders / Payment
3.1 Clear instructions will be given to navigate the order process. You will be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
3.2 We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards and payments are handled by our payment provider PayPal.
3.3 By completing the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Bouquets4You.com site.
3.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
3.5 We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Delivery
4.1 If you place your order before 2.00pm on Monday to Friday it will be dispatched the same day to arrive the following day.
4.2 Orders placed after 2:00pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched in the following working day.
4.3 If you place an order after 2pm on Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore delivered Tuesday.
4.4 If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday it will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore delivered Tuesday.
4.5 Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
4.6 If the recipient is not available during the delivery they will attempt to deliver the order to your neighbour or will post a card to inform you about the delivery. We will definitely leave your gift safe for you to collect. Please ensure to provide with correct details of the recipient address and phone number.
4.7 We are sorry to say that we don`t deliver to funeral places or hospitals.
4.8 If an order is placed for an area we do not cover we will inform you and refund your card.
4.9 Bouquets4You cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or other courier related issues.
4.10 We use only the freshest flowers available so varieties and colours may vary!
4.11 Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area, will be advised prior to delivery of any additional delivery charges.
4.12 When placing your order you are able to specify further delivery information using the 'comments' field provided. This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which isn't included within your address information – for example to specify floor number. We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on your order to fulfill your order.
4.13 All products are subject to availability, Bouquets4You.com reserve the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice.
Cancellation
5.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days before the intended delivery date.
5.2 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

6.2 Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
Disclaimer
7.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Bouquets4You Site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Bouquets4You Site and/or the Bouquets4You Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Bouquets4You Site and/or the Bouquets4You Service impossible or impractical.
7.2 We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in light of any event beyond our reasonable control, (i.e.: acts of god, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, drought) which renders the provision of the Bouquets4You Site and/or the Bouquets4You Service impossible or impractical.
7.3 We exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Bouquets4You Site and/or the Bouquets4You Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise provided that nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect you or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the Bouquets4You Products supplied.

8.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Bouquets4You.com Site and/or the Bouquets4You.com Service from time to time. 8.6 In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.
8.7 Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
